# Money in, money out

> The payment methods Ozow offers and how each one works.

Source: https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/

This section covers **what** Ozow can do: every way a customer can pay you, and every way you can
move money back out.

For **how** to build it, see [Integrations](https://hub.ozow.com/integration-methods.md).

## One integration, every way to pay

Payment methods are enabled on your Ozow account, not in your code.

Pay by Bank is enabled by default. Anything else you opt into is enabled by Ozow on your account,
and then appears on the Ozow payment page automatically: no new integration, no new endpoint,
nothing to ship.

The question this section answers isn't "what can I afford to build". It's "what do my
customers want to pay with".

## Money in

| Method | Your customer pays with | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| [Pay by Bank](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payin/pay-by-bank.md) | Their bank account, authorised with their bank | Everyone with internet banking. Enabled by default, and irrevocable once confirmed |
| [Card](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payin/card.md) | A Visa or Mastercard card | The roughly half of e-commerce spend that happens on card |
| [Digital wallets](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payin/card/digital-wallets.md) | Apple Pay or Google Pay | Fast mobile checkout, with no card details to type |
| [PayShap Request](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payin/payshap-request.md) | A cellphone number or account number, approved in their banking app | Real-time payments with no credentials shared |
| [Buy Now Pay Later](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payin/buy-now-pay-later.md) | Instalments across two paycheques | Baskets a customer can't afford in one go |
| [Voucher](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payin/voucher.md) | A cash voucher bought at a retailer | Customers with no bank account or card |
| [Crypto](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payin/crypto.md) | A crypto wallet, paid out to you in rand | Customers who already hold crypto |

## Money out

| Method | What it does |
|---|---|
| [Payout to bank](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payout/payout-to-bank.md) | Send money to a South African bank account, from your own system or the Dashboard |
| [Payout to voucher](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/payout/payout-to-voucher.md) | Send money to a cellphone number as a voucher, for recipients without a bank account |

Payouts need approval, staging testing and sign-off before they go live. There are no exceptions:
see the payout pages for what's involved.

## Ready to build?

Once you know which methods you want,
[Integrations](https://hub.ozow.com/integration-methods.md) covers how to accept them:
no-code, plugins and platforms, or building against the APIs.

The logos and button artwork for the methods you enable are in
[Brand assets](https://hub.ozow.com/payment-products/brand-assets.md).
