Accept Ozow payments on your nopCommerce store. The Ozow nopCommerce plugin is compatible with nopCommerce 4.x.

Older versions

Plugins for older versions of nopCommerce are available on request. Contact support@ozow.com or your account manager if you need a plugin for an older nopCommerce version.

Before you start

  • You need an active Ozow merchant account. If you don't have one, sign up at ozow.com/merchants.
  • You need a working nopCommerce 4.x installation.
  • Ozow only accepts payments in South African RandZAR The ISO 4217 code for the South African rand, and the currency every amount on this site is in unless a page says otherwise. Amounts are decimal rand rather than cents, so 100.00 is one hundred rand. (ZAR). Make sure your nopCommerce store currency is set to ZAR.
  • You will need admin access to your nopCommerce installation.

Installation

Step 1, Upload the plugin

  1. Download the plugin using the link above
  2. Extract the zip file
  3. Copy the Payments.IPay folder into the Plugins folder in your nopCommerce website root directory

Step 2: Install and activate the plugin

  1. Log in to your nopCommerce admin section
  2. Navigate to Configuration → Plugins → Local Plugins
  3. Scroll down to find Ozow (Secure real-time EFTEFT A transfer between two bank accounts. Used here for the standard kind, which takes one to two business days, as against Real-Time Clearing, which moves the funds immediately. A payout or refund is one or the other, and which you choose is the difference between a customer waiting minutes and waiting days.)
  4. Click Install
  5. Once installed, click Edit
  6. Check the Is active checkbox
  7. Click Update

Step 3, Configure the plugin

  1. Click Configure
  2. Enter your merchant credentials, your site codeSite code The unique code for a site registered under a merchant. A site is a place to transact: a website, or a branch of a store. A merchant can have several, and each transaction names the one it belongs to, so sending the wrong code files the payment against the wrong place., private key, and API key are available in your Ozow Dashboard
  3. Make sure Test Mode is unchecked if your site is live
  4. Click Save
