Dashboard Guide 2024

Guide to using the dashboard V2.0 for the first time, the updated merchant dashboard houses a new look and upgraded features for your business needs.

Begin by logging in

Login to you merchant dashboard Here →

Use your email address and password credentials for login, or if forgotten go through reset process.


Dashboard overview

Please see the below guide for each of the sections on the dashboard:


Once you are there, familiarise yourself with the dashboard cards, the card data is set by the applied filters on your dashboard.

  1. View of Completed transactions
  2. View of In Progress transactions
  3. View of Pending transactions
  4. View of Cancelled transactions
  5. View of Error transactions
  6. View of Abandoned transactions
  7. View of Pending Investigation
  8. View of Total values

To view cards 4-8 you will need to action the arrow icons to shuffle the carousel of information ⬅️ ➡️


Statistics

Viewing the graphs you can see specific data:


  1. View Top sites if you have multiple sites attached to your merchant profile
  2. View the number of transactions per site in descending order
  3. View of the daily processing count
  4. View the Total bank counts attached to these sites
  5. View the Bank totals associated to the daily counts

Viewing additional graphs below you will notice:

  1. View the status breakdowns: Complete, Abandoned, Cancelled, Error, Investigation,Pending etc.
  2. View the Daily totals associated with the specific month

Adjusting your general filters in the top right corner will determine the total information overview.


Filters

Setting up the filters ensures that the information showcased in cards and graphs corresponds correctly with the business overview. This can be at a total site level or specific sites directly.









  1. If you have multiple sites, you can click here to view the specific site transaction data
  2. View transaction data for the specific period you require using the date range selector

Executive Dashboard

Please see the guide below for each section of the executive dashboard, begin by selecting the Executive link below the dashboard section.

For this dashboard you can see specifics focused:

  1. View the value of Processed transactions including the percentage change against previous month
  2. View the value of completed transactions (TXN) against previous month
  3. View the value of processed transactions for previous period
  4. View the Transaction count from the previous period
  5. Adjustable filter on periods for refined data

Statistics

Viewing the graphs you can see specific data:

  1. Line graph representation of processed transactions, comparing current period and previous period, with incremental indicators.
  2. Line graph representation of the number of completed transactions, comparing from current period and previous period with incremental indicators.

  1. View of the current processing value split between the connected banks
  2. View of the previous processing value split between the connected banks
  3. View the of Top processing sites
  4. View the Top Site count for transaction counts against all sites

Filters

The executive filters allow for date value change as shown below:

  1. Selecting a specific period or even customising the date can leverage different information packets for the executive overview, specify to ensure the most accurate data is applied
