WhatsApp for Business
Merchants can now enable the WhatsApp for Business functionality to send customers payment request links for easy accessibility.
Payment Request on the Merchant Dashboard
Step 1
Create payment request by capturing the details required, including your selecting WhatsApp as your Delivery Method and your number.
Step 2
Confirmation screen.
Step 3
View the Payment Requests sent.
Payment Request Bulk Upload on the Merchant Dashboard
Step 1
Download the template from the Merchant Dashboard.
Step 2
Populate the document with the relevant information.
Step 3
Select the file you want to upload, then upload to the Merchant Dashboard.
Step 4
View Bulk Payment Requests.
Bulk Payment Request API
Send WhatsApp Message using the Bulk Payment Request API
When a Merchant opts in for WhatsApp Messaging then they will be enabled with the ability to send Payment Request Links using the Bulk Payment Request API through the WhatsApp Channel to their customers.

Payment Request through Request Portal
Step 1
Navigate to the Payment Request Portal site.
Step 2
Create a request by capturing the form details.
Step 3
Capture the customer name (optional) and the cell number (required). Then click 'Create'.
Step 4
View the details captured, then click 'Confirm' to send the request.
Step 5
View confirmation for payment request sent.

The WhatsApp for Business offers a customisable message template that can be sent to merchant customers. Below is an example of a WhatsApp message template:
